- Hake fillet400 g
- Wheat flour to sprinkle on fillets2 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Butter1 teaspoon
- Sliced Leek1 cup
- Seven Beard Shrimp200 g
- Sicilian lemon juice2 tablespoon
- Sicilian lemon zest1 coffee spoon
- Fresh cream300 ml
- Green smell to taste
- Season the hake fillets with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle a thin layer of wheat flour and brown the fillets in a frying pan with olive oil. Book on the plate you will serve.
- In the same skillet, brown the leek in butter and add the seasoned shrimp.
- After braised, enter with Sicilian lemon juice and lemon zest. When the juice dries up completely, add the fresh cream and cook for 2-3 minutes. Adjust salt and finish with green smell.
- Serve the sauce over the fillets.
