- Clean shrimp400 g
- medium pineapple1 unit(s)
- Coconut milk200 g
- Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Parsley and Nutmeg to taste
- Parmesan cheese1 unit(s)
- Remove the pineapple pulp and set aside.
- Season the shrimp with salt, pepper and lemon, sauté in a pan with olive oil and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion, add the pineapple pulp, coconut milk, cream and curd, parsley and nutmeg
- Add the shrimp and mix everything for about 3 minutes.
- Place this stuffing inside the pineapple, cover with Parmesan cheese and bake at 200 degrees until browning. It's ready to serve!
