  • Egg white1 unit(s)
  • Oat flour30 g
  • Milk2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Tuna80 g
  • Mozzarella20 g
  • Light cottage cheese1 tablespoon
  • Green smell to taste
  1. In a bowl, beat the egg, egg white, oat flour and milk with a fork. Season with salt and oregano.
  2. Prepare the stuffing by mixing the curd, tuna and parsley.
  3. Unite a skillet and put half the dough. Once released, turn to the side.
  4. Add half of the stuffing and half a slice of mozzarella. Fold in half to form a half moon. Fold again.
  5. Makes 2 hazelnuts.
