- Oat flour30 g
- Milk2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Tuna80 g
- Mozzarella20 g
- Light cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- Green smell to taste
- In a bowl, beat the egg, egg white, oat flour and milk with a fork. Season with salt and oregano.
- Prepare the stuffing by mixing the curd, tuna and parsley.
- Unite a skillet and put half the dough. Once released, turn to the side.
- Add half of the stuffing and half a slice of mozzarella. Fold in half to form a half moon. Fold again.
- Makes 2 hazelnuts.
