- Ripe Avocado2 unit(s)
- Roasted sesame oil1 tablespoon
- Ciboulette or chopped parsley1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce1 teaspoon
- grated ginger1 coffee spoon
- Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
- Prepare an ice bath to keep the fish very cold. Cut the tuna and avocado into cubes.
- Mix the tuna in the chilled bowl with the toasted sesame oil, ginger, soy sauce and chives. Mix well and taste. Adjust the salt.
- Season the avocado cubes gently with a little lemon juice, salt and olive oil.
- On a plate, with a ring, place a little of the avocado, and on top of the tuna. Finish with the lemon zest.
