Tuna tartare with avocado

  • Ripe Avocado2 unit(s)
  • Roasted sesame oil1 tablespoon
  • Ciboulette or chopped parsley1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce1 teaspoon
  • grated ginger1 coffee spoon
  • Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
  1. Prepare an ice bath to keep the fish very cold. Cut the tuna and avocado into cubes.
  2. Mix the tuna in the chilled bowl with the toasted sesame oil, ginger, soy sauce and chives. Mix well and taste. Adjust the salt.
  3. Season the avocado cubes gently with a little lemon juice, salt and olive oil.
  4. On a plate, with a ring, place a little of the avocado, and on top of the tuna. Finish with the lemon zest.
