- grated carrot3/4 cup
- Dried Oregano1 dessert spoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Mix all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous cream. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with bread, toast, barquettes, canapés, etc.
