- Lemon Juice (Tiger's Milk)400 ml
- White onion (tiger's milk)50 g

- Water (tiger's milk)300 ml
- Ice300 ml
- Tiger's Milk Preparation: Blend everything in the blender.
- Cut the fish into cubes, add the tiger's milk and finish with the julienned red onion and finely chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
