  • Salmon200 g
  • Nori sheet (seaweed for sushi)5 unit(s)
  • Rice for sushi to taste
  • Chopped Chives to taste
  • Cream cheese to taste
  • Roasted Sesame to taste
  1. 1- With a very sharp knife, cut the salmon into cubes 2- In a bowl, mix the salmon with the cream cheese, forming a paste
  2. 1- Cut the nori sheet in half 2- Open wide 3- Spread the rice until half of the seaweed
  3. 1- Place the salmon paste with cream cheese over the rice, centrally 2- Roll up the seaweed by joining the lower end with the upper one, forming a cone
  4. 1- Sprinkle the chives and sesame seeds on top 2- Serve with the sauces and side dishes you want :)
