- Whole wheat flour500 g
- Cinnamon1 coffee spoon
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Mix of nuts and dried fruits4 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Oat flakes250 g
- Oil100 ml
- Water120 ml
- Place the eggs, oil and brown sugar in a bowl and beat until well incorporated.
- Add the whole wheat flour and the oats little by little, beating, also add the water. Add the cinnamon powder and 3 tablespoons of the fruit mix. Add the yeast and beat until incorporated.
- Grease and flour a round shape and add the dough.
- On the dough, arrange the sliced apples passed in the cinnamon sugar, sinking them slightly. Sprinkle the fruit mix over them.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180°.
