handfuls of fresh spinach3 unit(s)
tablespoons of flaxseed3 tablespoon
cup of warm water2/3 cup
cup coconut flour2/3 cup
Tablespoon of Baking Powder1 tablespoon
pinch of salt to taste

Mix the flaxseed with the water and keep it in the fridge to form a gel like an egg white consistency.
Pulse the spinach in a blender until well blended.
Add the flour and baking powder, pulse until a homogeneous mass is formed.
To make the pancakes, pour into the hot griddle/frying pan over low heat - which keeps the color bright green. 👍 Ready, now just choose the stuffing you prefer! 😍
