- Oat flakes1 cup
- Sunflower seeds1/2 cup
- Chia seeds1/4 cup
- Sesame seed1/4 cup
- Phyllium2 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)1 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Water200 ml
- Dried herbs to taste
- In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and then add the oil and water.
- Mix with a spoon. You will see that it will be a sticky dough.
- With the help of your hands, shape a large ball and let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
- Then, open the dough between two sheets of greased parchment paper or Assalight paper with a thin thickness and that fits in the form you are going to bake.
- While rolling out the dough, preheat the oven to 180°.
- After opening the dough, make marks in the desired shape for your cracker and bake for, on average, 20 minutes.
- When the edges are golden, they are ready. Take it out of the oven. Wait for it to cool down.
- Divide the crackers and store in a jar with a lid.
- The dough makes a lot, so you can freeze it to make more at another time.
