- Egg white2 unit(s)
- Oat flakes2 tablespoon
- 100% cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- Culinary sweetener to taste
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Vanilla essence to taste
- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- In a microwave-safe bowl (I use ramekin for souffle) mash the ripe banana well.
- Add the other ingredients and mix well.
- Microwave for 3 minutes.
- You can make a syrup by mixing 1 scoop of whey or 2 tablespoons of powdered milk with a little water (about 4 tablespoons) to sprinkle on top. It's excellent! Or cover with peanut butter or jelly!!!
