4-ingredient cheesecake

Misture a maisena junto com os 3 ovos até formar uma mistura homogênea.
Adicione o queijo de sua preferência e sal e orégano a gosto.
Com as mãos pegue pequenas porções de massa e faça bolinhas.
Frite em óleo quente até dourar.
Escorra em papel absorvente.
Se quiser congele as bolinhas e frite só na hora de servir.

Mix the cornstarch together with the 3 eggs until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
Add the cheese of your choice and salt and oregano to taste.
With your hands take small portions of dough and make balls.
Fry in hot oil until golden.
Drain on absorbent paper.
If you want, freeze the balls and fry just before serving.
