- Xylitol or erythritol or culinary sweetener (I used lowcucar)100 g
- Orange juice1/2 cup
- canola oil1/3 cup
- Rice flour1 cup
- Oat flour1 cup
- Orange zest to taste
- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °
- In the blender, beat the eggs, canola oil, orange juice, xylitol and acerola without the seeds.
- In a bowl, place the blender mixture and add the flour and orange zest.
- Finish with the yeast
- Pour the batter into muffin cups and add semisweet chocolate chips (optional)
- Bake until golden
