- Fresh grated coconut200 g
- Milk300 ml
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Sugar125 g
- Margarine150 g
- Salt to taste
- Grate a cassava root, reserve
- Grate the coconut, reserve
- To make it easier to beat in the blender, chop the rest of the cassava, beat with milk, eggs and margarine. You can fractionate the amount as it probably won't fit in the blender at once.
- After mixing all the cassava with the milk, eggs and margarine, add the grated cassava, grated coconut, daisy, sugar and salt in a bowl.
- Mix well.
- Grease the mold with margarine and sugar
- Bake in preheated oven for about 1 hour, or longer depending on the power of your oven.
