- Boiled and mashed cassava3 cup

- Grated cured Minas cheese1/2 cup

- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Oil for frying1 to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste1 to taste
- Place the manioc in a bowl, add the parsley, cheese, egg yolk, salt and pepper, stir them with a spoon or knead them with your hands until you get a homogeneous mass.
- With the dough ready, shape 20 balls, coat them in wheat flour and set aside.
- Then, heat a pan with oil and as soon as it is hot, fry the balls until golden.
- Remove from heat and place on paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- If you prefer, you can fill it with the flavor you prefer.
