- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Almond flour (heaped spoons)2 tablespoon
- Oatmeal (gluten-free)3 tablespoon
- Psylium (shallow spoon)1 tablespoon
- Xanthan Gum1/2 teaspoon
- Salt1/4 teaspoon
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Mix all the ingredients.
- In a bowl, and mix until the dough is homogeneous and sticky, it can't get too soft if it happens add more flour.
- Moisten your hands with oil.
- Start shaping the balls.
- Bake in a hot oven at 200° or 180° for approximately 20 minutes.
