- Peanut paste100 g
- Margarine50 g
- Sugar120 g
- Brown Sugar110 g
- Large egg2 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour250 g
- Oat Flakes250 g
- Baking Powder2 teaspoon
- Chopped Dark Chocolate300 g
- Roasted peanuts without shell150 g
- Vanilla essence2 teaspoon
- Mix the fat, sugars and vanilla essence
- Add the eggs little by little and mix well.
- Add the flour and oats little by little and mix well (you can do it by hand or with a planetary mixer)
- Add the yeast and mix just to incorporate it into the dough.
- After the dough is well mixed, add the peanuts and chocolate
- Form small balls and bake in a preheated oven, on parchment paper, for approximately 15 minutes (250° C)
