- Egg1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour3/4 cup
- room temperature butter2 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- chemical yeast powder1 tablespoon
- Chopped fruit of your choice to taste
- Honey to taste
- In a container, place the milk, egg, flour, 1 tablespoon of butter, salt, sugar and yeast and mix well, with the help of a fouet or fork, until you get a homogeneous cream;
- In a frying pan, melt another 1 of the tablespoons of butter and put some of the prepared dough (approximately 2 tablespoons of dough), to obtain a small disk of dough;
- Wait until the pancake is golden on one side and turn with the help of a spatula; let it brown on the other side. Repeat the operation with all the dough;
- Serve the pancakes hot with butter, honey and chopped fruit.
