- Mix all dry ingredients in a container. In another, mix the oil, the egg, the milk and the vanilla essence, beating well (by hand) to remove the taste of the egg. Mix the dry and liquid ingredients to form a very liquid dough! Place a frying pan with a little butter (optional) and place the pancakes to fry, letting them brown on both sides! Serve with honey, or a chocolate topping!
