Misture todos os ingredientes secos em um recipiente. Em outro misture o óleo o ovo, o leite e a essência de baunilha batendo bem ( na mão ) para tirar o gosto do ovo. Misture os ingredientes secos e líquidos formando uma massa bem líquida! Coloque uma frigideira com um pouco de manteiga ( opcional) e coloque as panquecas para fritar, deixando dourar dos dois lados ! Sirva com mel, ou uma cobertura de chocolate! 


Mix all dry ingredients in a container. In another, mix the oil, the egg, the milk and the vanilla essence, beating well (by hand) to remove the taste of the egg. Mix the dry and liquid ingredients to form a very liquid dough! Place a frying pan with a little butter (optional) and place the pancakes to fry, letting them brown on both sides! Serve with honey, or a chocolate topping!
