  1. In a bowl add the milk, sugar, salt and egg and yeast and stir well then add the flour little by little,
  2. After mixing everything, knead the dough for 10 to 15 minutes, and after kneading let the dough rest,
  3. Let the dough rest for 1 hour and after that time open the dough with a rolling pin and add the stuffing of your choice, then cut into the shape you want and bake at 180 for 35 minutes.
