- Oat Flour1.1/2 cup
- Culinary Sweetener1 cup
- Oil1/4 cup
- Milk3/4 cup
- Cinnamon1 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 dessert spoon

- Cranberry80 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- In the blender place the eggs, milk, oil and apple with peel. Beat everything and set aside. In a bowl, place the wholemeal flour, oat flour and culinary sweetener, mix the ingredients.
- Place the blender mixture in the bowl and mix well, then add the baking powder and mix gently. Cut an apple into cubes and set aside.
- In a greased shape put some of the cake dough, and a little of the apple in cubes, a little cranberry and the dough, repeat the process.
- At the end, cut 1 more apple into strips and place on top of the apple. And put the cranberry too. Bake until golden. Wait for the cake to cool before unmolding and serving.
