Apple, Cinnamon and Oatmeal Cake

No liquidificador misture primeiro os ovos, o açúcar, a manteiga, a água e a canela até formarem um creme bem liso e uniforme. 

In the blender, first mix the eggs, sugar, butter, water and cinnamon until they form a very smooth and uniform cream.

Então, transfira sua massa para uma tigela e adicione a farinha de aveia e o fermento misturando bem. Por último, adicione sua maçã cortada em cubos pequenos.

Then, transfer your dough to a bowl and add the oatmeal and yeast mixing well. Lastly, add your apple cut into small cubes.

Asse em uma forma untada e enfarinhadola (usei a farinha de aveia) e leve em forno pré aquecido  em temperatura média por aproximadamente 40 min (ou até que fique dourado e passe no teste do palitinho).

Bake in a greased and infarinhadola shape (I used oatmeal) and take it to a preheated oven at medium temperature for approximately 40 min (or until it is golden and passes the toothpick test).
