frozen AROSA puff pastry package1 unit(s)
Apple3 unit(s)
Apricot Jam2 tablespoon
Lemon Juice1 unit(s)
Confectioner's sugar1 tablespoon
Butter1 to taste
Sugar and Cinnamon1 to taste

Grease the molds with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Remove the core and slice the apples with skin into thin half moons
Soak in a bowl with enough water to cover and the lemon juice.
Place the bowl in the microwave for a minute to soften the apples a little.
Cut the puff pastry into strips
Smear with apricot jam
Arrange the apples overlapping until reaching the end of the dough
Carefully roll up to form a rose
Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
Bake until golden
Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
