- Eggplant1 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs100 g
- Paprika1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Wheat flour1 cup
- plant milk1/2 cup
- Flaxseed Flour50 g
- Cut the eggplant into slices up to 1 cm thick.
- Soak in salted water for 10 minutes.
- Mix the flour, milk, paprika and salt.
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and flaxseed.
- Dip the eggplant slices in the flour and milk mixture and then in the breadcrumbs.
- Repeat the process until well coated.
- Fry in hot oil.
