- Whole wheat flour250 g
- Brown Sugar115 g
- Chocolate powder50 g
- Dry yeast25 g
- Honey100 g
- Butter200 g
- Salt50 g
- Corn flour to taste
- In a bowl, combine the flour, chocolate, baking powder and brown sugar.
- Add water little by little, just until it forms a point, the dough is compact.
- Add the honey, butter, salt and knead. If necessary, add flour until the dough comes off your hands. Transfer to countertop and beat the dough.
- Make balls and roll in corn flour, just to brown on top of the buns. Put it in a shape and let it rest for 2 hours for the buns to grow. They double in size so leave some space between them.
- Take to preheated oven for 14 minutes.
- Stuff to taste!!!
