- Cottage cheese3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Paprika1/2 teaspoon
- Oregano to taste
- Chives to taste
- Butter to taste
- Cherry tomato6 unit(s)
- Cut the bread into 4 slices each, put 1 tablespoon of butter on each slice, or drizzle with olive oil and oregano and bake over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.
- Place the avocado in a bowl and mash with a fork.
- Add the onion, cottage cheese, salt, paprika, oregano and chives and mix well.
- Place the avocado on top of the toast, the cherry tomato cut in half and oregano on top.
