- Avocado1 unit(s)
- Grated cheese (of your choice) to taste
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork, add the cheese and season with lemon, salt and pepper and set aside;
- In a frying pan, toast the slices of bread in the oil and then fry the egg (preferably leave the yolk still soft);
- On a plate, place the 2 slices of bread, half the avocado for each and the eggs on top.
- Optional: you can put bacon, tomato and etc.
