- Black pepper to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Red Onion Pickles to taste
- In a skillet, brown the slices of bread in the oil. Reserve
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed and cut into thin slices. Transfer each half of the avocado to a slice of bread.
- Season the avocado with the lemon juice, salt, black pepper and smoked paprika, or whatever seasonings you prefer. Finish with pickled red onions
