- Heat the oil over low heat. Add the egg and mix slowly until the egg is creamy. Add salt to taste. Cut the avocado in half, remove the skin and cut diagonally. Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. You can eat it alone or with a rice cracker.
