- Chicken breast100 g
- Bacon25 g

- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Clarified Butter1 tablespoon
- For the dough, mix the wheat flour, lemon juice, 2g of salt.
- Add the water little by little until you form a smooth dough, without lumps and unglue from your hands.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 20 or 30 minutes.
- Then, on a bench, sprinkle cornstarch and roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin until it is very thin.
- For the filling, cut the breast into cubes and set aside.
- fry the bacon
- Saute onion and pepper in oil.
- Add the chicken and sauté well in seasoning.
- Add the bacon, mustard, chives and salt and pepper and mix.
- Let cool and shred the chicken.
- Stuff the dough with the chicken and fold, gluing the ends with a little water.
- Brush the dough with clarified butter (butter taken to the fire to melt until it forms a white foam and remove it).
- Put it in a greased shape with olive oil and take it to the oven at 160° for about 20 minutes or until the dough is cooked and golden.
