  • Cooked medium carrots3 unit(s)
  • Oil1 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Cinnamon powder1/2 coffee spoon
  • Clove powder1/2 coffee spoon
  • Nutmeg1/2 coffee spoon
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate2 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Milk5 tablespoon
  1. Blend the carrots, oil, sugar, eggs and spices in a blender. Pour into a bowl and mix by hand the flour and finally the yeast.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, in a greased and infarinhada shape, for about 40 minutes (do the toothpick test). Remove from oven and let cool.
  3. For the topping, in a small saucepan, mix the sugar, chocolate, butter and milk. Allow to dilute well and then boil for 1 minute. Turn off and cover the cake. Allow to cool to form the crust.
