- Cooked medium carrots3 unit(s)
- Oil1 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Cinnamon powder1/2 coffee spoon
- Clove powder1/2 coffee spoon
- Nutmeg1/2 coffee spoon
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Chocolate2 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Milk5 tablespoon
- Blend the carrots, oil, sugar, eggs and spices in a blender. Pour into a bowl and mix by hand the flour and finally the yeast.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, in a greased and infarinhada shape, for about 40 minutes (do the toothpick test). Remove from oven and let cool.
- For the topping, in a small saucepan, mix the sugar, chocolate, butter and milk. Allow to dilute well and then boil for 1 minute. Turn off and cover the cake. Allow to cool to form the crust.
