- Recipe
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Warm Milk150 ml
- Dry Biological Yeast 10g1 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour5 cup
- Mix the yeast with the milk and keep covered until the yeast activates: 10 to 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the sugar and butter well.
- Add the eggs and beat well.
- Add the milk and yeast mixture and mix well.
- Add the wheat flour and mix with a spoon until homogenized.
- Knead the Dough for 5 to 10 Minutes. (How much + kneading: +fluffy) The dough has to be soft.
- Let the dough rest covered for 1 and a half hours.
- Format the donuts as desired and place in the pan: cover and let rise for +
- Bake in a preheated Medium Oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
- With this same recipe, I also make Sweet Bread, Baked Dream and Croissant.
