- Coriander to taste
- Syrian Seasoning to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
- Lemon pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Take half of the chickpeas and process with the onion and parsley until it becomes a paste. Add the other half of the chickpeas and process less, leaving a few pieces. Season with salt and the times above. Add the wheat flour and shape into dumplings or hamburger. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 30 35 minutes. After 20 minutes, turn to brown the other side. Serve with seasoned curd
