- Small grated carrot1 unit(s)
- Diced Mozzarella100 g
- Diced mortadella100 g
- Canned corn150 g
- Coriander1 to taste
- grated cheese1 to taste
- Saffron1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Oregano1 to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- In a pan, sauté the onion and mortadella in a tablespoon of olive oil for 3 minutes and set aside.
- Place the eggs in a bowl and beat until aerated.
- In the egg bowl add all the sautéed content, but all the other ingredients except the grated cheese. And mix well.
- Grease a medium shape with the other spoon of oil and put the mixture inside and compact the ingredients in the shape. Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in the preheated oven. Leave it for 30 minutes or until it bakes and it's ready. Serve it hot.
