Baked pear with gorgonzola and honey

- Ripe pear1 unit(s)
- Crushed Gorgonzola Cheese2 tablespoon
- Flaked almonds to taste
- Honey mastic flowers to taste
- Cut the pear in half and remove part of the core, making a space for the cheese.
- Wrap the two halves in aluminum foil or parchment paper, place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC for about 15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and from the paper, place 1 spoon of gorgonzola in each half, spread the laminated almonds on top.
- Return to the oven at high temperature or with the gilder on and bake until the almonds are golden.
- Remove from the oven, place on the serving dish and drizzle with the Aroeira flowers honey. Serve immediately.
