I baked for 55 minutes (it took a while because the potatoes were pretty big) To check if it's roasted, just stick the fork and see if it goes in easily. Still wrapped in aluminum and with the help of a cloth so as not to burn my hands, I lightly pressed the potato to open it in the center. Mash the middle of it a little with a fork, and mix in the cheese of your choice, put salt, oil or butter, pepper and a thin slice of bacon on top. Increase the oven to 200 degrees and let it brown, about 10 minutes. The stuffing can be tuna, chicken, cheese and ham, cream cheese or catupiry… whatever you want. I just stuffed it with cheese because I was going to use the bacon to finish.
