- Dry yeast10 g
- Warm milk1/2 cup
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Gem for brushing1 unit(s)
- Sausages cut in half16 unit(s)
- 1- Dissolve the yeast in the milk 2- Mix the other ingredients (except the sausages) until you form a homogeneous mass
- 1- Place in a container covered with a damp cloth to rest for 30 minutes 2- Knead the dough for 5 minutes and make small balls 3- Open the balls with your fingers forming disks 4- Roll each sausage half into each disk
- 1- Brush all the rolls with egg yolk 2- Place in a greased baking dish sprinkled with flour 3- Place in the oven for 30 minutes until golden 4- Serve :)
