Butter2 tablespoon
Oat flour1/2 cup
Rice flour1/2 cup
Egg2 unit(s)
Water1/2 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Dark chocolate100 g

Mash the bananas and mix all the ingredients, except the yeast and the chocolate, with a whisk;
After the mixture is homogeneous, add the baking powder;
Distribute the dough in silicone molds;
Chop the chocolate and distribute over the cookie dough;
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes;
After cooling, you can serve!
