Egg1 unit(s)
Oat flour2 tablespoon
Almond flour2 tablespoon
Organic honey1 tablespoon
Banana1 unit(s)
Chemical Yeast1 coffee spoon
Cinnamon Powder to taste

In a bowl add the egg, and the crushed banana. Stir well and add the flour, cinnamon powder and lastly the yeast.
I put the dough in a silicone Donut mold, but if you don't have it at home, you can use the mold of your choice, just remember to grease it if it's not silicone.
I took it to bake in the airfryer at 190 degrees for approximately 12 minutes.
