- Oat flour300 g
- Wheat flour180 g
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Raisins (optional)150 g
- Egg whites beaten in snow4 unit(s)
- In a blender, beat the bananas with the sugar, milk and butter until creamy and set aside.
- Separately, mix the oat and wheat flour, yeast and raisins. Add the banana cream and mix well.
- Finally, gently add the egg whites.
- Pour the mixture into greased muffin pans or pie pans.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden.
