Eggs3 unit(s)
Butter or oil1/2 cup
Wheat flour1 cup
Oat flakes1 cup
Mashed bananas3 unit(s)
Sliced apples3 unit(s)
Cinnamon to taste0 to taste
Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
Optional sugar1/2 cup

In a bowl, mix the eggs, butter and sugar (if using), then gradually the flour and oatmeal until smooth.
Add the yeast, cinnamon and finally the apple and banana.
To decorate, just cut apple pieces and place over the still raw dough.
Grease a shape and bake at 180 degrees until baked.
Let cool and serve.
