- I took the sugar and water to the fire and let it get to the caramel point. Meanwhile I was distributing the bananas in the form (I used two). I put the oven on to heat up and prepared the dough.
- For the dough I put all the ingredients (except the yeast) in the blender and hit. I added the yeast and mixed it with my hand.
- Leave to beat the dough when the caramel is almost ready, or ready. If not, the yeast starts to act ahead of time and your cake can go wrong. ✅ Tip: When unmolding, if you feel difficult, you can take the mold directly over low heat for the caramel to melt and release from the mold.
