Sugar2 cup
Margarine3 tablespoon
Eggs3 unit(s)
Wheat flour3 cup
Milk150 ml
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Silver banana8 unit(s)
Cinnamon for sprinkling to taste
Sugar for sprinkling to taste

I first beat the sugar with the margarine in the mixer (but it can be manual) until it becomes a farofinha, then I add the eggs and continue beating.
Gradually add the wheat flour and milk and see the consistency (if you need to add more milk) beat for about 3 minutes.
Finally add the baking powder and just stir to incorporate.
Cut the bananas lengthwise, place on top of the dough and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake in medium oven 180° to 210° for about 35 min (depends on each oven)
