- Pour the sugar into a mold and heat until completely melted.
- Add a little water and let it melt completely until it becomes a syrup.
- After slices bananas and place on top of the caramel in the form.
- Preheat the oven to 180°.
- In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar, butter and mix until the dough is smooth.
- Then add the salt, milk, wheat flour (sifted) and mix slowly.
- After the dough is homogeneous, add the yeast and stir gently.
- Put the dough in the shape and take it to the oven already preheated to 180° for 40 min.
