- Coconut or sunflower oil1/2 cup

- Yeast powder01 tablespoon
- Bananas sliced in the sense of commitment04 unit(s)
- Blend the bananas, eggs, oil and peanuts, cinnamon and cloves in a blender. Continue beating and add the brown sugar. Reserve.
- Mix the dry ingredients (oat flour, chia, flaxseed) add the crushed Brazil nuts and the yeast Add the liquid from the blender, stirring slowly and gently without beating
- Put half of this dough in the shape (I use the English cake) place some banana slices on the dough. Add the rest of the dough, place the other slices of bananas diagonally on top. Sprinkle cinnamon, add some whole chestnuts and bake in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees C. for about 30 to 35 minutes.
- Do the toothpick test. Let it warm and unmold. It is a moist and fragrant cake.
