- First, leave your form greased and floured and set aside.
- Mash 4 bananas and cut 1 into slices. (Reserve)
- Mix eggs, sugar and margarine.
- Add the wheat flour little by little and mix, then put the mashed bananas and mix the dough a lot.
- Preheat the oven to 180° for 10 min.
- If you prefer, you can add chestnuts and cinnamon powder to the dough.
- Put the dough in the shape and take it to the oven for 35 to 40 min. until golden.
